Texto de la Proposición no de Ley del Grupo Parlamentario Socialista, sobre solidaridad con la Sra. Aminetou Haidar (núm. expte. 162/000544), aprobado por el Pleno del Congreso de los Diputados en su sesión del día 15 de diciembre de 2009.
"El Congreso de los Diputados insta al Gobierno a:
1.- Que redoble todas las gestiones políticas y diplomáticas que sean necesarias, al máximo nivel, para permitir el retorno de la Sra. Aminetou Haidar a su hogar, junto a su familia.
2.- Solicitar la mediación activa del Secretario General de Naciones Unidas, de su Enviado Personal para el Sahara Occidental, Sr. Christopher Ross y de la Alta Comisionada para los Derechos Humanos, Sra. Pillay, in conjunction with the international obligations of the Kingdom of Morocco in the Territory of Western Sahara, including the return of Mrs. Haidar, and the extension of the mandate of MINURSO to include the observation of the situation of Human Rights. 3 .- Follow
defending the rights of free movement and residence of Mrs. Aminatou Haidar.
4 .- Order of the Kingdom of Morocco to allow, without further delay, the return of Ms. Haidar al-Western Sahara as stated in Article 12.4 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, United Nations, and we be returned documentation and Moroccan passport, confiscated at Laayoune airport and respects their dignity and their right to return next to yours. 5 .- Follow
defending the resolutions adopted by the Congress of Deputies in the sense that the final status of Western Sahara respects international law and is the result of the free exercise of the right of the Saharawi people to self-determination through referendum in accordance with the United Nations Charter and Security Council resolutions. "
